AUTHENTICITY

Montrez.biz buy all of our products from authorized dealers, and respected industry wholesalers/distributors; Our watches are brand new, with all original parts and authentic, have the original manufacturerʼs serial numbers intact. We guaranteed all the watches we sell are 100% authentic. We do not buy or sell fake and replica whatsoever.

WATCH WARRANTY

All brands we sell will be provide International Warranty by the watch brand respectively. Customers will enjoy orginal factory warranty.

DOMESTIC ORDER

LOCAL PICKUP:

Customers are welcomed to visit our shop at:
Unit 1302, 13/F, Podium Plaza, 5 Hanoi Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong to view and pickup your desired watch.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Montrez.biz will accept payments via the following methods: Cash and Credit Card and Debit Card.

Cash:

We accept Hong Kong Dollars Cash.

Credit Card & Debit card:

We support major card brands, including Visa, MasterCard, JCB, China UnionPay, Diners Club and EPS Debit card.

RETURN POLICY:

Please check thoroughly and ensure that the product is received in good condition. Kindly note that the product sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable. Montrez Watches & Jewelleries Limited reserve the right to make the final decision in any dispute.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

SHIPPING:

Montrez.biz will send out all order using Fedex or UPS. All item shipped by us will be fully insured. Delivery time will vary depending on the country our customer is located in. You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped. Tracking info is available at Fedex or UPS website, depends on the courier that we will use.

SHIPPING AND ITEM PROBLEMS:

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, Fedex or UPS must conduct an investigation. Please contact Montrez to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package is not located, Fedex or UPS will process a claim for the package. Claims can take few weeks to process. When the courier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Montrez and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is not wanted, Montrez will gladly refund your original payment.

When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item, or if the item is different than what was ordered, please contact Montrez within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections. If the item received is different than what was ordered, please contact Montrez.biz within 5 days of receipt of your order. Product discrepancies not notified to Montrez within 5 days may not be honored for replacement. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment if your item is defective. Note: Errors or omissions in descriptive, typographic, pricing and/or photographic representation are subject to correction.

PACKAGING:

In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. Montrez.biz reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Montrez.biz cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturerʼs original packaging.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS:

Because, we are always striving to ship orders as quickly as possible, there is a limited amount of time during which we can modify or cancel your order. If you would like to attempt to modify or cancel your order, please e-mail us at sales@montrez.biz and include your order details and change/cancellation request. We will respond to your e-mail to let you know if we were able to modify or cancel the order. Please note that if you did not receive a reply from Montrez then your request to modify or cancel the order has not been effected.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 10 days after you receive the item, subject to authorization from Montrez.biz. Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Return of these items/orders will have a restocking fee of 10% unless otherwise agreed by the Montrez staff via e-mail. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, dustbags, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

A "Special Order" is subjected to a no-return policy. A "Special Order" may be items that we do not have in our warehouse, items that we do not have on our website which are special ordered from our distributor.

ORDER PROCESSING:

After an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact Montrez.biz as soon as possible to correct the issue. When the order ships, a shipment tracking number will be provided to the customer via email.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Montrez.biz will accept payments via the following methods: International Bank Wire Transfer, Paypal and Credit Card (through Paypal).

International Bank Wire Transfer:

Montrez.biz accepts direct wire transfers for both domestic and international orders. Wire transfer orders cannot be processed online and must be placed over the phone or email. You will be given an order number and emailed wire transfer details. Wire transfers are recommended for orders placed without access to a credit card. Montrez.biz usually receives international wire transfers in about two to four business days. Please contact Montrez.biz after the anticipated wire transfer date so we may check our records for your payment. After payment is received, your order will be shipped.transfer, please contact us.

Paypal:

Please note that we only ship to PayPal Verified accounts with confirmed addresses and after payment cleared. PayPal lets anyone with an email address to securely, conveniently send payments online. Customers who choose to pay by Paypal is subjected to an additional charge of 3.5%, chargable entirely by Paypal.

Credit Card (through Paypal):

Customers who choose to pay by Credit Card through Paypal is subjected to an additional charge of 3.5%, chargable entirely by Paypal. Please provide us with your billing address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The shipping address must be the same as your billing address. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details. Billing and identity information submitted to Montrez.biz that is inaccurate will delay the shipment of your order. We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer. If we reject your order or are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

DUTIES AND TAXES:

Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country. We have already caluculated the required duties and taxes at checkout to save our customers some time
